- Where exactly does the tour depart from?
The Bali 4.1 is moored at the Marina di Riposto / Porto dell’Etna tourist port, but you can also board at Giardini Naxos for a supplement that varies based on the number of people.
- What happens to the tour in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, the tour will be rescheduled for another date depending on the availability of the boat and the client’s needs. If a suitable date cannot be found, a refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- Is the tour suitable for children or elderly people?
Yes, the tour is suitable for children, elderly people, and people with mobility issues.
- Is it possible to modify the menu based on dietary needs or allergies?
There is no menu included in the price. Menus are extra and must be agreed upon in advance. All meals are provided by a catering service.
- Can I cancel the tour without extra costs in case of an emergency?
The tour can be rescheduled in case of a real emergency. No refund is provided except for wars, pandemics, and the impossibility of reaching the mooring port due to government restrictions.
- Can people with mobility difficulties participate?
People with mobility difficulties can take part in the tour, but we recommend boarding easily from the port of Marina di Riposto.
- Are pets allowed on board?
Small pets are allowed on board, and an extra cleaning fee is required for them.
